Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
Deliver commercial analysis, business cases, and profitability insights
Partner with operational and executive teams to drive margin improvement and cost optimisation
Oversee management reporting, variance analysis, and performance metrics
Support pricing models, investment appraisals, and strategic initiatives

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification

Experience:

Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in commercial finance or financial management
Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
Experience operating in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment

Skills:

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools

Non-negotiables:

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
Ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
