SUMMARY:
A global mining entity is seeking to take on a Commercially focused Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

BCOM Hons
5 – 7 Years’ experience
Mining industry experience (essential)
Accpac ERP system (advantageous)
Up to date with IAS and GAAP
Staff management experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop operational functional plan aligned to the Group Functional strategy
Execute The Group Functional conceptual framework, systems and programmes
Implement functional and regulatory standards
Planning and Budget
Responsible for the generation of cost saving ideas
Provide financial solutions to the operation
Staff management
Monthly payroll
Safety health & environment
Financial risks
