Commercial Financial Manager
Johannesburg North or Midrand
Construction industry exposure required or project environment background (WIPS)

Job & Company Description:
A Global business has an opportunity for a driven finance individual that has experience within a project based environment. This role is for an individual who enjoys operations. You will partner with the different lines of business to ensure that revenue and operating cost is reported in line with IFRS standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties of this role include revenue recognition, cash flow management and regular review of project costs. Effective management of staff and overhead costs. Strategic reporting, in depth expense analysis, budgeting, controls and forecasting. Set clear goals and regular feedback to finance team. Provide strong commercial & financial advice on margin management, bid reviews and other operational issues as well as ensuring that the senior management team is appropriately communicated with on actual & forecast performance.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) preferred
Construction industry exposure
A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a senior management level
Leadership / Team Management
Knowledge of Finance/Commercial policies
Experience within a project based environment
Ability to recognize trends and analyze data to develop recommendations
