This is an opportunity to run a market end-to-end — driving commercial performance, strengthening route-to-market, and playing a key role in future expansion into the broader region.

POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing

Lead and execute the SA commercial strategy and expansion into neighbouring markets across Southern Africa
Drive growth across Traditional Trade and Modern Trade
Own and optimise distributor partnerships
Take full accountability for P&L and market performance
Oversee marketing execution and brand performance locally
Build and refine practical ways of working, tools, and processes
Collaborate with regional teams across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain

Ideal candidates will have:

10+ years’ experience in FMCG with solid Africa experience
Exposure to regional expansion and market entry strategies
Strong distributor management experience
Solid understanding of route-to-market (TT & MT)
Comfortable owning commercial performance and P&L
Hands-on, operational mindset — not purely strategic
Able to thrive in a lean, agile environment
