POSITION INFO:

Commercial Manager – (Exports) – MUST BE A QUALIFIED CA

Jeppestown based

R1.2 million per annum neg

Oversee the commercial functions in the Export & African entities

Ensure all agreements are in place and updated

Ensure Transfer pricing policies are up to date and pricing to African entities are updated for operational changes

Lease agreement negotiations

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including inter alia : imports / exports, taxation, labour / HR

Actively involved in deals activities to ensure they are financially viable

Provide vision and direction – ensure correct structures are in place

Must be a qualified CA with a minimum of 5 years’ experience post articles

Operational experience in exports & stock

Experience with offshore shareholding
