SUMMARY:
Are you a commercially driven finance professional with a passion for manufacturing, costing, and business performance? Our client is recruiting an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to play a strategic leadership role within a leading animal feed manufacturing business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional to partner with senior leadership, drive profitability, influence strategic decision-making, and optimise financial performance across multiple manufacturing operations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements CA(SA), CIMA, or an equivalent finance qualification. Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in commercial finance, costing, profitability analysis, and leadership. Strong experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering. Experience with commercial costing and profitability optimisation. SAP experience will be advantageous. Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute commercial strategy. Drive profitability through detailed costing, financial analysis, and operational insights. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple manufacturing sites.
