SUMMARY:

Our client based in the Green Point area of Cape Town is looking to hire 2 x commercial property brokers

They offer a salary of R8000- R15,000 per month depending on the skills, experience & past performance of the broker plus including a 35% commission structure which is based on the company earning 10% on a sale (the market average is 4%)

The would like the ideal candidates to have a minimum of 3 years market experience with confident negotiating skills, is presentable, possesses good work ethics and has a history of earning at least R350,000 annually for 2019 and 2018

POSITION INFO:

Salary – not industry norm
10% buyers commission – 4% is market average
Sole Mandates – not industry norm
Cash Buyers on auction – Not industry Norm
They are the Market Leader - conduction approximately 90-100 property auctions every month
