A well-established company in Durban is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow its commercial sales division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Manage and lead the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet, corporate, and commercial clients. Identify new business opportunities and generate sustainable sales growth. Monitor sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Mentor, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management presentations. Work closely with finance and aftersales departments to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial Sales Manager or Senior Commercial Sales Executive within the motor industry. Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales is essential. Stable employment history with contactable references. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Strong business development and fleet sales experience. Computer literate (MS Office and dealership management systems). Valid driver's licence. Matric (Grade 12). Relevant sales or business qualification will be advantageous.
