POSITION INFO:
Commercial Underwriter at our Insurance Firm Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Underwriter to join our team in Roodepoort. As the Commercial Underwriter, you will report to the Underwriting Manager and be responsible for daily underwriting activities. Duties and Responsibilities Act as the daily underwriting liaison for assigned brokers Provide tailor-made solutions to client needs Quote and underwrite for broker agencies Handle all aspects of short-term insurance policies Facilitate placement and renewal of facultative reinsurance Administer the SASRIA Ltd portion of policies Requirements Qualification in Short Term Insurance NQF 4 RE 5, FAIS, FETC certificates Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial underwriting Experience with insurance operating systems Strong communication skills Apply Now If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for underwriting, apply now to join our team!
