Our well known Commercial Vehicle dealer client based in Kempton Park currently holds a vacancy for an experienced Sales Administrator.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Job Objectives
Operational:
• Control all incoming sales to ensure these are loaded onto the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting sales representatives, manager with day to day administrative functions.
• Maintain clean and orderly working environment.
Generic outputs:
• Deliver and contribution to a culture of customer service excellence and relationship building with customers which provides opportunity for feedback and service excellence.
• Deliver work according to governance, compliance, integrity, legal and ethics processes and procedures and escalate problems for investigation and resolution.
• Deliver, plan and organise own work routine and task execution in an effective and efficient manner to reach agreed performance objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Must have Autoline / Kerridge
