SUMMARY:
Master of deals & wheels? We need a Commercial Finance Manager who lives for rail logistics, thrives on complex tenders, and turns cost models into growth strategies.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Lead Growth Strategies – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rail and logistics.
Financial & Cost Modeling – Build and refine pricing models to support competitive tenders (65% focus).
Tender & Proposal Leadership – Oversee high-quality bid submissions and client presentations.
Stakeholder Engagement – Represent the company at industry forums and negotiate contracts.
Team Collaboration – Work with executives and mentor a Business Development Officer.

Qualifications:

BCom (Honours) or related Degree (Post-graduate preferred)
5+ years in rail/logistics with strong financial & tender experience
Advanced Excel & presentation skills
