Community Project Manager

SUMMARY:
Community Focused Learning Centre is looking for a strong COMMUNITY PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Are you passionate about developing people and communities and driving meaningful change? We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused manager to lead our internal community-building, upliftment projects, and wellbeing initiatives. The successful candidate will join a purpose-driven team that believes in people and their development, and celebrates diversity, creativity, and community. Candidate requirements;

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
• At least ten years’ experience in community management and/or staff support, or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in planning and executing successful upliftment or wellbeing projects.
• Excellent communicator in both Afrikaans and English, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a self-driven mindset and a passion for community building and people’s wellbeing.
• An empathetic individual with an inclusive and positive outlook on life.
