SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining statutory records, managing company secretarial processes, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Candidates with experience in an audit firm or accounting firm will be at an advantage

POSITION INFO:

Maintain company statutory records and minute books.
Maintain electronic databases and statutory records.
Draft and register documentation relating to various aspects of Company-, Close Corporation-, and Trust laws, including:
- Changes to company structures.
- Preparation and filing of annual returns.
- Preparation and filing of CIPC Compliance Checklists.
- Preparation of Beneficial Ownerships.
- Changes to directors, shareholders, MOIs, and new company registrations.
- Complex group restructuring transactions.
Liaise with CIPC, TRP, and the Master of the High Court regarding related registrations.
Communicate directly with clients regarding the registration process.
Assist with administrative duties such as preparing invoices and opening client codes for new assignments.
Perform other in-house administrative functions in the CoSec Department as required by the HOD.
