SUMMARY:
Degree/Diploma. At least 5 years experience in compensation, benefits, payroll and share administration. Experience in a large / international organisation preferred.

POSITION INFO:

Support and implement strategy of the compensation and benefits portfolio. Must have a good knowledge of South African laws and regulations impacting rewards. Have a good understanding of payroll structures management, financial controls and rewards operations and administration.
