POSITION INFO:
An established law firm is looking for a Compliance Officer to drive and monitor compliance across the firm. Minimum requirements: LLB \/ relevant Compliance qualification; Admitted Attorney advantageous 3+ years' experience in legal\/compliance environment Strong knowledge of FICA, POPIA and AML Excellent understanding of KYC and Client Onboarding Compliance Knowledge of Employment Compliance , including UIF, COIDA and related legislation Strong understanding of Data Retention & Records Management Experience in Risk Management, Professional Conduct and Complaints Compliance Strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor FICA, AML and KYC compliance Oversee client onboarding and due diligence processes Ensure POPIA compliance , data retention and proper records management Monitor employment compliance , including UIF and COIDA Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks Monitor adherence to professional conduct requirements Manage and investigate compliance complaints and breaches Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers Provide compliance guidance and keep the firm updated on legislative changes Apply directly on the link : Consultant: Michelle Bezuidenhout - Dante Personnel Pretoria Faerie Glen Apply via our website If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful
