Compliance / Operations Supervisor

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Compliance / Operations Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of a residential estate. This multifaceted role combines building compliance, environmental management, landscaping, maintenance, and contractor oversight to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of construction sites and ensure compliance with building rules and approved plans.
• Liaise with homeowners, contractors, and committees regarding building approvals and compliance.
• Oversee environmental and landscape management, including green corridors, watercourses, wildlife welfare, and nursery management.
• Manage landscaping contractors, garden development projects, and general maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely refuse removal and resolve service-related queries.
• Supervise maintenance of roads, guardhouses, signage, and estate facilities; schedule tasks and report progress.
• Coordinate all contractor service delivery and respond promptly to resident complaints.
• Assist the Operations Manager and act as second-in-command when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in estate, facilities, or operations management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors effectively.
• Knowledge of building compliance, environmental management, and landscaping practices is advantageous.
