SUMMARY:
A well-known Law Firm in Bryanston is looking for a Compliance and Risk Officer for the team

Salary- R 40,000 - R 45,000 ctc

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Qualifications:
1. LLB
2. Admitted Attorney
3. Admitted Conveyancer
Experience:
1. 1-3 years post Conveyancing admission experience would be ideal
2. Deceased estate conveyancing experience would be preferred
3. Deceased estate administration experience would be a benefit
4. Property contracts drafting experience would be an advantage
Duties:
1. Review of new instructions. This would entail reviewing the new instruction, doing the necessary due diligence required, picking up possible risks
2. Review of new sales. This would entail reviewing the deed of sale, drafting of any additional documents or of a deed of sale itself, doing the necessary due diligence required, picking up possible risks
3. Reviewing FICA of all parties involved in the transactions
4. Communicating with various stakeholders/clients
5. Review of Finances on a matter
6. Various other Compliance duties
