SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced and established Compliance and Risk Specialist with exposure to the Telecommunications or Mobile Financial Services industry and a solid track record in risk and regulatory matters?

POSITION INFO:

My client, an retail company is looking to hire a Compliance and Risk Officer to join their team. If you can hold your own, had a deep technical understanding of compliance, risk, regulatory matters/principles and the National Credit Act then they’re looking for you!

Duties:

Monitor, train and assist with the implementation of Legal Compliance programs.
Developing and maintaining compliance, risk and governance policies/framework.
End-to-end reporting and advising on compliance queries
Maintaining compliance risk management plans

Education:

LLB/Risk Management/Internal Audit Degree
Postgraduate/Honors (risk or compliance management) – advantageous

Experience:

Min. 4 years risk and compliance experience
Min. 1 year in Telecommunications/Mobile Financial Services experience
