SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a detailâdriven, analytical Governance, Risk & Compliance Analyst to support and uplift the organisation’s Internal Audit division. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy problemâsolving, and can influence stakeholders at all levels, this role is for you.

POSITION INFO:

In this role, you will provide independent assurance and consulting services by:
Reviewing business operations across the group of companies
Identifying control gaps and recommending improved controls
Supporting business units in implementing required controls
Tracking and reporting on controlâimplementation progress
Assisting in development of internal audit programs
Designing, implementing, and completing control selfâassessments
Leading controlâimprovement initiatives
Supporting digitisation and automation of key internal controls

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Internal Auditing or control development/testing
Strong analytical, problemâsolving, and criticalâthinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholderâengagement abilities
Advanced MS Office proficiency
Control improvement experience essential
Valid driver’s licence, passport & willingness to travel

Qualifications:
Matric
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Audit, Engineering or related field
Honours degree advantageous
CIA qualification advantageous
