Experienced Concrete Foremen – High-End Residential Projects (Cape Town)

Our client, a reputable building contractor based in Cape Town, is seeking highly skilled Concrete Foremen to join their project team. The company specializes in luxury residential developments and requires seasoned tradesmen with a proven background in structural concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of concrete construction on site, including setting out, excavations, formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement
• Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
• Manage on-site materials and monitor production outputs to maintain project efficiency
• Ensure quality control standards are met and report progress to the Site Manager

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working on high-end residential projects involving complex concrete structures
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of all facets of concrete works
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage teams on busy sites
• Trade certification or relevant technical qualifications will be a distinct advantage
