Opportunity for an experienced Concrete foreman , must have luxury residential exposure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a leading contractor in the bespoke luxury residential market require an experienced formwork /concrete foreman for upmarket residential projects, intricate concrete structures with a high-end finish.

Applicants should have the experience to take full responsibility for the concrete structure, managing the programme, labour requirements, all sub/contractor interaction, planning of material deliveries and requirements, and quality assurance. Experience on similar projects is a pre requisite.
