Duties: Execute routine vibration data collection and parameter logging on plant rotating machinery using designated data collectors. Perform infrared thermography scans on electrical substations, distribution boards, and mechanical components to identify thermal anomalies. Download, organize, and archive sensory data into the site’s condition monitoring databases. Draft detailed asset health reports, track fault progression, and initiate early maintenance alerts. Inspect and calibrate diagnostic instruments, portable sensors, and field tools to ensure operational compliance. Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) guidelines.
