CONNECTIVITY SALES MANAGER

Connectivity Sales Manager to run their connectivity divisions. Successful candidate must have a proven track record of winning sales. Must have experience in being a leader of a sales team for the past several years. Extensive in person/direct sales experience is a must. Will be responsible for driving the sales growth for the connectivity division.

This is a senior level position and only candidates that meet the criteria required will be considered.

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in connectivity sales, with 2 years in a leadership/management capacity
Engaging and energetic personality
Proven experience leading a sales team, with measurable results
Excellent listening skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Our company doesn’t believe in sales managers/directors who sit behind their desks, so any candidate we hire must be able to lead from the front in sales and ethics, manage, motivate and mentor, etc.
High level of confidentiality in handling all information
Willingness to travel
