CONNECTIVITY SALES MANAGER

Connectivity Sales Manager to run their connectivity divisions. Successful candidate must have a proven track record of winning sales. Must have experience in being a leader of a sales team for the past several years. Extensive in person/direct sales experience is a must. Will be responsible for driving the sales growth for the connectivity division.

This is a senior level position and only candidates that meet the criteria required will be considered.

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in connectivity sales, with 2 years in a leadership/management capacity
• Engaging and energetic personality
• Proven experience leading a sales team, with measurable results
• Excellent listening skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Our company doesn’t believe in sales managers/directors who sit behind their desks, so any candidate we hire must be able to lead from the front in sales and ethics, manage, motivate and mentor, etc.
