SUMMARY:
Construction Manager Pr.CM (SACPCMP)

POSITION INFO:

Only open for registered Construction Manager Pr.CM (SACPCMP)

Duties:

Progress schedule updating
Progress report drafting and chaired client progress meetings
Drafting of extension of time claims in terms of the contract
Generation of request for payment certificates from the client and issuing tax invoices thereof
Subcontractor payment certificates, liaison and payment in terms of works completed
Materials, plant and labour procurement within the allowable BoQ rates
Daily progress monitoring and information flow to the team on site
Liason, startup meetings, request for quotes and on boarding new subcontractors
Labour wages forecasting and monitoring thereof

Alterations and Renovation experience shall be a benefit

Our Client shall be renovating an existing building project in the Elsies River area
