POSITION INFO:
Are you an experienced Construction Planner / Programmer with a passion for delivering large-scale building projects? We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of proven expertise in Planning and Programming major construction developments to join our team in Cape Town.

Position:

• Construction Planner / Programmer
• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Experience Required: 10+ Years in large building project planning

• Develop, manage, and monitor detailed construction programmes for large-scale building projects
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure programme alignment
• Produce accurate project timelines, resource allocations, and critical path analyses
• Use planning software (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to generate reports and track progress
• Identify potential delays and risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust programmes as necessary
• Support tender submissions with preliminary programmes and methodology input

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Planning and Programming for major building projects
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing
• Proficient in industry-standard planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• South African citizenship or valid work permit
