SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for qualified and experienced Plant Manager to manage a construction plant in Edenvale.

POSITION INFO:

An established construction company that specializes in demolitions and bulk earthworks is looking for an extensively experienced Plant Manager to lead their team to greater success. This position is based in Edenvale, and they are a company with a strong focus on ethics and an unrivalled track record.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and/or tertiary business qualification will be advantageous.
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Diesel Mechanic Trade Certificate (Red Seal).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Construction Plant Manager, managing people and earthmoving equipment - i.e. Mercedes.
Medically fit to work in a construction environment.
Must be able to coordinate plant operations and comply with legislative requirements.
Maintenance Planning and management to ensure availability of machines.
Increase assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
