JOB SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity to use your strong administration property experience, coordinating multiple complex construction projects for a dynamic Property Management company that operates in the UK.
 
This position will be working from their office in Stellenbosch and remote working where you will be required to meet the increasing demands required for their building and construction services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric, academic and/or professional qualifications highly advantageous
  • Good understanding of Property Management sector & previous work experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a varied and demanding role sticking to strict deadlines
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong administration & communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple complex construction projects
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple projects.
  • A team player with a positive attitude towards work and other employees
  • Experience working on a global account highly advantageous
  • Proactive approach - eager and a willingness to continually change and adapt.
  • Sharp financial awareness - budgets and reporting and ability to analyse figures


DUTIES
  • Proactively maintain and monitor high levels of client data quality and accuracy
  • Complete regular financial audits to ensure 100% compliance for each project
  • Managing the onboarding of subcontractors, coordinating individuals and aligning the teams with client specific processes and procedures.
  • Supporting Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Process and monitor supplier purchase orders and invoices through the client financial system
  • Act as a point of contact on the account side for all financial related questions and issues
  • Driving project governance and where appropriate, improve efficiencies by evolving the account’s procedures, documentation and methods
  • Understand of relevant procedures and processes
  • Producing comprehensive written reports, minutes, presentations
