Job title: Senior Project Manager – Construction

Salary: R50,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out of buildings (site establishment and layout)
• Taking and managing heights using a dumpy level
• Project planning, scheduling, and programme management
• Managing contractors, site teams, and daily site activities
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Overseeing quality, safety, and site compliance

Requirements:

• 3- 5 years experience as a site manager/construction project management
• Valid drivers license
• Skills in Planning, Cost Control, and Budgeting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong understanding of site measurements and levels
• Proven ability to manage programmes and multiple site activities
• Hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications:

No formal qualifications required

Relevant on-site construction experience is essential
