Well-established RESIDENTIAL developer seeks to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager to manage large scale residential housing projects. Based in BELLVILLE AREA. For the position you would be required to have: B. Sc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management specifically management of large-scale developments Admin, reporting and ability to perform under pressure Stakeholder management Responsibilities would include you to: Manage large scale residential housing projects from town planning stage through to final completion. Oversee planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, time, and cost.
