SUMMARY:
Our client in the Civil Engineering and Consulting industry is looking to hire a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager/Construction Manager.

The ideal candidate should be passionate, client-oriented, and committed to going above and beyond to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of their assigned projects.

POSITION INFO:
Our client in the Civil Engineering and Consulting Industry is looking for a registered and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Mpumalanga, Mbombela.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction
Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager or Construction Manager or Quantity Surveying.
Have at least a minimum of 3 years’ working experience in infrastructure development-related projects.
Knowledge of relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities:
Not limited to;

Attending client’s projects brief and assist with preparation of project specifications.
Assist with preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports.
Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and advice contractors and on-site personnel
