POSITION INFO:
ENVIRONMENT: A reputable Construction Company seeks a highly meticulous and organised Construction Site Administrator to provide administrative and compliance support on a busy construction site. The successful candidate will assist with labour administration, health and safety documentation, and general site administration to ensure projects remain compliant and well organised. Applicants must reside in Paarl, have prior administrative experience, preferably in a Construction environment and be familiar with Health & Safety files and compliance documentation and have a solid understanding of construction site administration with strong Excel proficiency.   DUTIES: ·        Maintain daily labour attendance and timekeeping records. ·        Assist with maintaining Health & Safety files. ·        Coordinate employee inductions and maintain induction registers. ·        Track PPE issuance and maintain related records. ·        Assist with construction compliance documentation. ·        Maintain site registers and administrative records. ·        Support site management with general administrative duties. ·        Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit ready.   REQUIREMENTS: ·        Must reside in the Paarl area. ·        Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Construction environment. ·        Experience working on construction sites will be advantageous. ·        Familiarity with Health & Safety files and compliance documentation. ·        Good understanding of construction site administration. ·        Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills. ·        Excellent organisational and communication skills. ·        High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment.   Preferred Experience - ·        Experience with H&S files and audits. ·        Knowledge of construction regulations and site compliance. ·        Strong administrative skills within a construction or engineering environment.
