Requirements:

must be aged between 18-28 years old
Completed Grade 12 successfully
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Be able to travel to Midrand and Randburg

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication â€œscriptsâ€ when handling different topics
Identify customersâ€™ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

What is expected from the candidate:

providing information about products and services, taking orders, responding to customer complaints, processing returns, and performing countless other activities.
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Following call center â€œscriptsâ€ when handling different topics
Identifying customersâ€™ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
