Content Developer (The Docu-Master)

SUMMARY:
An established tech-driven organization is seeking a Content Developer to create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation. This role is ideal for someone who has a structured mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical processes into well-organised, user-friendly documentation.

POSITION INFO:
Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and product owners to gather and document business and technical requirements
Creating and maintaining user manuals, process documentation, and system guides
Supporting the development of standard operating procedures and training material
Ensuring documentation aligns with company standards and compliance requirements

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in content development, technical writing, or similar
Ability to analyse technical information and communicate it clearly
Experience documenting workflows, system specs, and business processes
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or similar documentation platforms

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
