Overall Job description:

• Help make their clients become recognised as thought leaders and experts in their field across our fast-growing client base worldwide (UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East, North America).

A bit about their clients:

• Their clients range across many sectors, with concentrations in fintech, software, and media agencies.
• Their services include lead generation, brand awareness, lead nurturing, and employee advocacy.
• Their older clients tend to focus on the former, sales-oriented objectives, and to be smaller businesses - but today they are focusing on larger organisations, pursuing the latter, marketing-oriented goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Content Operations Management

• Determine client needs and build an actionable content strategy for the delivery team to act on, communicating actions and outcomes to the client
• Plan, schedule and oversee client content-focused communication, build very strong relationships
• Publish content on LinkedIn for clients where needed
• Recognise client pain points and find solutions to resolve them
• Help to identify any client who could be ‘at-risk’, put together a plan to retain them
• Perform basic troubleshooting for clients, work with the delivery team on more complex challenges
• Support clients who have a range of understanding of LinkedIn and who are not confident about their personal profiles being used by others
• Maintain complete records of client interactions and actions in line with our project management and Asana guidelines and best practice
• Must be a proactive problem solver who seeks ways to deliver maximum value to clients within company’s means - while also being process-oriented

Teamwork

• Work with writers and Account Managers improve templates, messaging and posts
• Work with internal client teams to ensure your clients achieve success, leading ad-hoc calls when required
• Share best practice across departments, inputting into team group training
• Recruiting, training, and managing the most suitable freelance writers for client needs - within budgetary constraints
• Developing and improving processes for freelance writers
• Line manage an intern, who will be responsible for admin and data collation

Knowledge

• Understand, and help to develop the company positioning and messaging
• Learn and grow within Digital Marketing, develop your LinkedIn skills
• Develop expert knowledge of social selling, benefit from knowledge sharing across the business
• Coach writers on LinkedIn best practice and produce internal training materials

Innovation

• Support the development and implementation of advanced workflows to enhance content production, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and methodologies for increased efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Embrace radical and innovative thinking to redefine content creation and distribution, ensuring our projects set industry standards.
• Refine processes, ensuring they are scalable, cost-effective, and lead to tangible improvements in content output.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to experiment with novel approaches and technologies to drive content innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand content challenges and work with the team to develop AI-driven solutions that meet and exceed production goals.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of new technologies and workflows on content quality, production speed, and return on investment.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, applying insights to keep our content production strategies ahead of the curve.
• Champion the integration of client and market feedback into the innovation process, ensuring our content solutions are aligned with audience needs and preferences.
• Lead by example in adopting a proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating how leveraging AI and innovative processes can solve complex challenges in content production.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Exceptional organisational and Project Management skills
• Problem solving and proactivity
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Experience in various styles of B2B copywriting
• Confident interviewer who can take comprehensive briefings and brief others in turn
• Understanding of the principles of social selling
• Confidence to work with business owners and experienced marketing professionals
• Willing to challenge when required, confidence to communicate at C-Level
• Negotiation skills to push back on clients in a professional manner when required
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-starter who anticipates customer challenges and addresses them

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience in using LinkedIn for business purposes
• Experience with CRM systems and project management systems - in particular Asana
• Experience using AI for automation and content creation
• Video editing and design experience with SaaS tools (eg Canva)

Location: South Africa based, remote work.

Salary: R40 000-R45 000

Starting date: As soon as possible.
