Job Description: As a Content Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to develop data-driven content strategies, create engaging customer experiences, and ensure content supports both brand objectives and business growth. Expect opportunities that may include: Developing and executing content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives Creating content plans, editorial calendars, and multi-channel content frameworks Conducting audience, competitor, and content performance analysis Optimising content for SEO, user engagement, and conversion goals Managing content across websites, blogs, email, social media, and digital channels Collaborating with content creators, designers, marketers, and stakeholders Identifying content gaps and opportunities throughout the customer journey Monitoring content performance and delivering actionable insights Ensuring brand consistency, messaging alignment, and content quality Staying up to date with content, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour trends Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Marketing, or a related field Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years' of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field Proven experience developing and executing successful content strategies across multiple channels Experience using content performance data to optimise engagement and business outcomes Exposure to SEO, content management systems, and marketing automation platforms will be advantageous Skills: Strong understanding of content strategy, content marketing, customer journeys, and audience engagement Experience developing content plans, editorial calendars, and content governance frameworks Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimisation techniques Proficiency with content management systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable content recommendations Excellent communication, storytelling, editing, and stakeholder management skills Strong project management and organisational abilities Experience with AI-assisted content tools, marketing automation, and content personalisation will be advantageous Relevant content marketing, SEO, or digital marketing certifications will be advantageous Apply now!
