SUMMARY:
PURPOSE:
To prepare and manage customer contract. Internal collaboration with various technical experts and other stakeholders to prepare contract documents within agreed timeframes.

POSITION INFO:
FORMAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (NQF 4) 3-year B degree\/diploma or related IT certification or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years experience with exposure to: IT products IT infrastructure Relationship management Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point Excellent knowledge of IT Contracts Excellent knowledge of SharePoint TECHNICAL \/ LEGAL CERTIFICATION ITIL RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and maintain the day-to-day Contract Portal for Audit Process Maintain and Manage Contract Register and alert Business of Contracts that is about to expire. Receive a request for new contract or extension to be done on client from either Sales or SDM Setup kickoff meeting with Sales, SL and SDM to define responsibilities for document, create Teams Folder and provide previous contract documents Assist to setup Contract Documentation MSA\/SOW with Legal as well as manage SL to provide SOW info according to deadlines Do quality control on submitted documents from SL, e.g. wording, alignment, Logo, etc. Log a call and submit final documents (that was checked and approved by the client) to Legal for Execution Version Provide Sales\/SDM with final documents for Client Signature and finalise Legal Approval File final word and signed documents on Contract Portal as well as update Contract Register Responsible for preparing user documentation and technical documentation Collaboration in the analysis and design of customer contracts Collaboration in the design of new services contracts or documents to be changed. Support in the overall planning of contract activities Support, as needed, to the Sales and SDM team KEY COMPETENCIES: Job Knowledge and Skills Required: Broad understanding of the IT environment. Thorough understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams) Understanding of customer contracts. English Written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal relation skills. Conflict management.
