JOB SUMMARY:
Join a multidisciplinary firm with an international presence within the civil engineering industry and have the pleasure of working with highly technical engineers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Management of projects including resource allocation, technical and administrative work for the timeous delivery of all projects
Work within the constraints of the project schedule and budget.
Price negotiation and contract drafting
Applications and management of contract data
Manage cash flow projections and cost controls for all projects
Running planning and technical solution meetings internally
BOQ pricing and tendering
Examine contract requisitions and scope of work definitions with engineering disciplines to ensure that technical specifications and work scope definitions are acceptable in content and format for tender purposes.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience
Proficient in GCC and related policies

Qualification:
BSc/BEng in civil engineer
Being professionally registered is a must

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
