About the Role
We’re looking for a Contract Manager to join our client’s dynamic facilities and support services team in the Hospitality & Facilitation industry, based in Kimberley (Northern Cape). If you’re a results-driven leader with strong client management skills who thrives on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for contract performance, client relationship management, resource planning, legislative compliance, and profitability, while driving growth opportunities for the business. POSITION INFO:
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong supplier and client relationships, acting as a key liaison
- Conduct weekly and quarterly client feedback meetings, ensuring SLA compliance
- Resolve client complaints efficiently and implement continuous service improvements
- Monitor and report on contract profitability, budgets, wage costs, and asset registers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, OHS audits, and incident reporting
- Provide leadership to site teams, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs
- Drive operational standards, resource planning, and leave/absenteeism management
- Support business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and developing new client leads
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
What you’ll need- At least 3 years’ experience in a management or contract management role (preferably in facilities, cleaning, or hospitality services)
- Strong communication, people management, and client-facing skills
- Proven experience in SLA management, OHS compliance, and budgeting
- Knowledge of South African labour and health & safety legislation
- Proactive, organised, solutions-driven, and committed to quality
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management, operations, or similar (advantageous)
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory)
