Where You'll Make an Impact: Develop and execute negotiation strategies aligned with sourcing plans Lead sourcing events in accordance with established directives Negotiate contractual agreements supported by comprehensive market intelligence Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and governance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared objectives Support ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Power BI, Sharepoint, Coupa, and Signing Hub in contract management activities Generate monthly management reports for informed decision-making Manage the entire contract lifecycle including roll-out, training, and issue resolution Build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers to optimize performance Maintain accurate contractual records and data inputs in contract management systems Calculate price adjustments based on indices and market forecasts Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder feedback Requirements: 3 or more years of experience in contract management, sourcing, or procurement Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and negotiation Proficiency with systems such as SAP, Ariba, Power BI, Sharepoint, Coupa, and Signing Hub is advantageous Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound understanding of the development methodology of sourcing plans and commodity strategies
