In this pivotal role, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for contract negotiation, vendor relationship management, performance monitoring, and the implementation of robust procurement and contract governance processes. From managing assets under contract to collaborating with legal teams and key stakeholders, this is a multifaceted position demanding both strategic oversight and operational expertise. Requirements: A Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, Law, or related commerce discipline (NQF 7) 8-10 years of experience in a similar role Solid knowledge of public sector frameworks, including PFMA, BBBEE, PPPFA In-depth understanding of the General Conditions of Contract as prescribed by the National Treasury Strong legal and financial background in commercial contracts Experience in vendor performance management and contract dispute resolution EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company''s Employment Equity plan.
