POSITION INFO:
Job & Company description: Our client is a leading residential property developer specialising in large-scale apartment and lifestyle estate developments across South Africa. Known for delivering quality communities, innovative living spaces, and exceptional customer value, they offer a dynamic environment where experienced construction professionals can make a significant impact on high-profile residential projects. Manage multiple residential developments from planning through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee programmes, subcontractors, procurement, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and site teams. Liaise with consultants, municipal authorities, and internal stakeholders while driving performance, reporting, compliance, and successful project delivery. Job Experience and Skills Required: Construction Management or Engineering Degree. Minimum 10 years' experience within residential construction and property development. Proven experience managing multiple residential developments and large site teams. Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, quality management, procurement, and health & safety requirements.
