Our client, a leader in the Building and Construction industry, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a major project spanning 16 to 20 months. This is a high-level opportunity for a driven professional with strong project management and site execution expertise.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• SACPCMP Registration – Professional or Candidate (non-negotiable)
• 15+ years’ proven experience in building construction management
• Solid understanding of building regulations, NHBRC, and SANS codes
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC)
• Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Proficient in MS Projects and/or Primavera P6
• Experience with construction project management software (e.g. Candy, BuildSmart, CCS)
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
