SUMMARY:
Our client in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg has an EE opportunity available for a Contracts Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
BCom Business Management or Bcom Accounting or similar
Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
3-5 years Office Automation industry experience
2 years financial experience
2 - 3 years management experience

KPAs:

Analyse the general ledger as well as billing report, post billing, to identify anything out of the norm and arrange for correction
Ensures the contracts department affects the changes on the contracts and post the invoices
Ensures that items requiring a fix are actioned and billed
Manage and oversee the clearing of exception reports
Implements techniques to track performance against goals
Demonstrates a practical understanding of the business processes and understands business fundamentals
