Contracts Manager

SUMMARY:
Calling all Contracts Managers in the Construction space!

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking to employ the services of a seasoned and well experienced Contracts Manager to assist on current and future projects that may arise. They are looking for someone with the insight and fresh set of eyes to ensure all necessary points are checked and taken care of on site.

• ECSA registered - MUST be Professionally, either Technologist or Engineer (non negotiable)
• SACPCMP registered - MUST be Pr. CM (non negotiable)
• 5 - 10 years as a Contracts Manager 
• Someone who has worked up from Site Agent/Manager to Contracts Manager would be considered as well 
• FULL Contracts Manager duties and responsibilities 
• Contract Knowledge as well as how to manage them (conception to completion)
