POSITION INFO:
Contracts Manager Wanted – Bulk Materials Projects.

Our client is a well-established engineering and project delivery company, specialising in mechanical and structural systems for bulk material handling. They deliver end-to-end solutions across mining, power, and industrial sectors and are known for innovation, technical depth, and solid project execution.

As the Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle on complex mechanical and structural projects. From reviewing and drafting contracts, managing tenders, and negotiating with suppliers, to handling claims and ensuring compliance, this role is key to protecting the business and driving successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (essential)
Minimum 5 years contract management experience in bulk material handling, mining, power, or steel
Solid understanding of contract law, procurement, and claim handling
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and industry standards
Strong negotiation, cost control, and contract administration skills
