Area: Lynwood, close to Linton’s Corner, Pretoria- East area

Working hours:

Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
Fridays: 07:30 – 14:00
After hours standby in case of emergency

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Technically inclined
Previous experience within the same or similar role
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Relevant qualification would be beneficial
CCTV and security systems knowledge

Duties:

Overseeing night shift operators (12)
Implementing security systems
Quarterly testing and revising of systems and procedures
Compiling incident reports
Overseeing of CCTV Control Room operations for in-house security
Team management, scheduling and coordination
Employee training on new and developing systems
CCTV Server implementation, setup, and management
Company IT infrastructure troubleshooting
Security and site risk analysis
Facilitating coordination between control room employees and independent armed response.
Procurement of networking and IT equipment for CCTV operations
Backup-stock inventory management
Liaising with clients and CCTV suppliers
Project planning for new installations and upgrades
Cost analysis for new installations and upgrades
Data capturing
