A company dealing within aerospace innovation is seeking a Software Control Engineer for an on-site role. Required: 3+ years of experience, MATLAB/Simulink, and UAV control systems knowledge.

POSITION INFO:
We're hiring a Software Control Engineer to help develop precision flight control software for aerospace systems. This role suits someone passionate about dynamics, control systems, and advanced simulation using MATLAB/Simulink. You'll contribute to the development of unmanned flight platforms in a technically elite engineering environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a software-related discipline
3+ years' experience in software control systems development

Requirements:

Strong expertise in MATLAB and Simulink (mandatory)
Experience with developing software for control systems
Participation in structured peer reviews
Advantageous:
- Experience developing UAV flight control systems
- Background in model-based design and simulation
Analytical mindset and passion for engineering precision
Ability to work in highly collaborative teams

KPA’s:

Design, implement, and maintain real-time flight control software
Model and simulate dynamic systems using MATLAB/Simulink
Collaborate with engineering teams on system integration
Ensure code robustness, testability, and compliance with team standards
Participate in review cycles for continuous quality assurance
Contribute to the evolution of UAV platforms from concept to deployment
