Are you a confident, detail-driven Conveyancer with experience across all aspects of conveyancing and bonds?
Our client, a reputable law firm in Cape Town CBD, is seeking a skilled professional to join their established property department.
This role is ideal for a Conveyancer who thrives under pressure, enjoys building relationships, and can manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload with precision and professionalism.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-spectrum conveyancing matters — transfers, bonds, cancellations, and related documentation.
Manage Capitec Bank bond registrations (firm is on the Capitec panel).
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions.
Ensure compliance with FICA, POPIA, and firm policies.
Review and finalise guarantees, transfer documents, and correspondence.
Build and maintain strong client and professional networks.
Remain composed and efficient under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.

Minimum Requirements

Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa.
Minimum 3 years’ post-admission conveyancing experience.
Proven ability to manage Capitec Bank bonds.
Proficient in Lexis Convey / GhostConvey.
Strong communication, networking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
