JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established Law Firm in Sandton is seeking a Conveyancer to join their team. The successful candidate needs previous experience dealing with FNB bonds and SA Homeloans bonds.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Essential: FNB bonds and Cancellations.
Beneficial: Knowledge of SA Homeloans bond and cancellations.
1-2 years post admissions experience as a Conveyancer.
Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Packages.
Experience dealing with Bonds.
Experience in working with the following programs:

Lexis convey;
Lexis sign;
E4; and
Stordoc.

Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities will be discussed in the interview.
