My client is looking to onboard a Conveyancer (Developments)

You will need at least 2 years of post-admission experience as a Conveyancer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Signing up of transfer and bond documents for development clients
Attending to the processing of the transfers for developments
Processing, updating, and distributing the weekly reports for the sectional title developments
Following up on matters where issues are experienced in obtaining documents and information from the clients
Attending meetings requested by the Developers
